In this episode of Property Graduate, the applicants are interviewed by John Howard, a well-known property developer and investor. He is joined by Kirsty Parkins and Fiona Talbot, who both bring extensive experience in property and finance.
The Stages of Property Graduate
The journey to become Property Graduate is split into three stages:
- The interview
- The challenge
- The deal.
Out of the 14 contenders that go through the interview process, there will only be 1 winner.
What does the winner receive?
The ultimate prize is the chance to form a property company with John Howard and receive 50% of the shares in the business.
The First Round of Interviews
In Property Graduate episode 1, we meet the first six applicants. They are interviewed by John, Kirsty, and Fiona, based on the CVs they submitted. Each candidate is put on the spot and asked why they should be considered for the title of Property Graduate 2023.
