Core Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of property-focused accounting and tax services for investors, developers, and business clients.
- Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax computations under senior supervision.
- Support basic property tax compliance and planning work, including SPVs, VAT, and capital gains calculations, with guidance from senior team members.
- Contribute to client advisory work by preparing financial information, reports, and analysis.
- Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients, responding to queries promptly and escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
- Ensure accounting records and submissions are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant standards and deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with senior accountants to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
- Develop technical knowledge in property accounting and tax through hands-on experience and structured learning.
- Support wider practice initiatives, including administrative support for international and UK–Dubai client engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn complex accounting and tax concepts.
- Good communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Organised, proactive and keen to develop a long-term career in accounting and advisory
Preferred (Not Essential):
- Experience or interest in UK & UAE tax
- Property tax knowledge or willingness to learn
Qualifications:
- Part-qualified to AAT level 3/4 or studying towards ACCA / CIMA / CTA (or equivalent).
